The Condominium Corporation in charge of 30 Goddard Way will be professionally managed and will encompass all 25 units in this development.

All Condominiums, regardless of purchase price, will pay the same monthly fee and will also have the same voting percentage.

The monthly condominium fee has been set at $300.00 per month. We feel this is a realistic fee, which will ensure that your condominium will remain well looked after and in top condition like the day it was purchased. The reserve fund will be strong in the years to come giving the ability of the condominium board to determine the best course of action (reduced fees, capital improvements, etc.) Other developments will advertise a low condominium fee, which gives inadequate services and little or no reserve fund, and often condominium boards will be forced to raise fees later. To avoid these types of situations we set our fees to reflect a healthy condominium corporation for the long-term outlook of your asset.

Your $300.00 monthly fee will cover the costs of a professionally managed corporation and consist of costs such as:

  • Building Insurance
  • Water, sewer, recycling, compost, and garbage disposal;
  • Common area electrical service;
  • Landscaping maintenance around the buildings;
  • Weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance to the buildings;
